Our Online Return Policy:

We want you to love everything you find at MIAH!
If something’s not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here's how it works:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only — we do not offer refunds.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that the following items are FINAL SALE  and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry

  • Sale/marked-down items

  • Bathing suits

  • Hats

  • Bodysuits

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at Hello@ShoppeMiah.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you simple return instructions!

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued via email.

A few tips:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back your item(s).

  • Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store!
